Returns

BY ELORA hopes you are delighted with every order you place with us. If you’re not happy with your order, we would be pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items with all tags attached in the original condition (including protective shield on swimwear, undamaged shoe box or bag and unmarked soles) within 30 days from the date you received your order. Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.

We do not accept returns on earrings and garments received with makeup marks. This means customers are advised to take care appropriate precautionary measures when trying on garments to ensure the garments are not marked. All shoes are tried on carpet only. Altered and custom-made items cannot be returned and will not be accepted. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following items. Sales of the following items are considered final:

  • Customised items
  • Fine Jewellery and earrings
  • Swimwear
  • Vintage items

Whilst we are offering complimentary shipping on all products purchased by the customer as a launch special, returns must be organised and paid for by the customer at their own expense. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.

When you receive your package it will have two order invoices, please enclose a copy of this in the return box with the items and with all BY ELORA packaging.

All products should be sent to our office in Sydney, Australia. This address is marked on the return slip accompanying your purchase.

All returns are processed within 1 – 3 days at our office and and you will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed
