SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

BY ELORA would like to make sure you receive your order as fast as possible. Local orders are processed on the same day and international orders are processed within 24 hours.

Please ensure to note the Shipping Details on each product. Most of our apparel items are in the Sydney warehouse and ready to ship the next business day. Fine jewellery will be shipped from India after manufacturing period. If you have any requests, questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact us at care@byelora.com

Australian orders are sent using our courier service or Express Post where delivery is within 1 - 2 business days between major cities, except rural areas and parts of Western and Northern Australia. To ensure that your order is received promptly, we recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM (preferably a work address). Full tracking is available on domestic orders. If a PO Box is provided, your order will be shipped via Australian Registered Post, which might take longer to deliver than our dedicated courier service.

International orders are sent via DHL Worldwide Express (full tracking available) and typically takes 2 - 5 business days for delivery between major cities (excludes Customs processing times within your country). A daytime delivery address must be provided since all parcels require a signature on delivery. PO Box addresses are not accepted. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, and your parcel will be left at your local post office if there is no one available to accept the delivery. If no one is available to sign for delivery at the shipping address, our respective courier partners will leave a collection note at your door or mailbox. This note will allow you to arrange redelivery or pickup at your convenience.

If you are shipping outside Australia no GST or duties are applied. As the recipient, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. To avoid disappointment we suggest you speak to a customs officer in the country of delivery before you order.

Any claim for shortages in quantity or damage to the items ordered must be notified to BY ELORA within three days of receiving the goods. Claims after this period will be rejected.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from BY ELORA to the delivery address. Once your items have been delivered, they are no longer covered by BYELORA insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you refuse the delivery and notify the courier the reason for rejection. Please also notify Customer Care at care@byelora.com if you have refused a package, as soon as possible.

If you refuse any shipments from BY ELORA due to reasons other than accidental damage during transit, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your purchase refund.
